The Print Room: “Village” film photography exhibition
Featuring works by several emerging photographers, “Village” will be showcasing the daily rhythm of community life in Kampung Segambut Dalam, a neighbourhood that continues to shrink in a high-rise enclave in Kuala Lumpur. The exhibition opens 11 April 2015 at 7pm (public welcomed), and will run from 12 April – 17 May 2015 at The Print Room.

Galeri Chandan: “Extreme Portrait Part II: Beyond Face Value”
Set to go against traditional portraiture, “Extreme Portrait Part II: Beyond Face Value” aims to put forward some of the more creative portraiture styles of the 21st century. Featured artists include Al-Khuzairie Ali, Cheong Tuck Wai, Haafiz Shahimi, Louise Low and Sun Kang Jye. The exhibition will be on from 10 April – 1 May 2015 at Galeri Chandan.

DESIGNation x LivinMaster: “Malaysia’s Emerging Designers”
With a strong belief in the strength of young local talents, DESIGNation will be exhibiting locally designed and constructed furniture at the Perfect Livin’ 2015 Home & Lifestyle Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur in collaboration with LivinMaster. Among the 14 designers that will be showcased at the event are Shahril Faisal, Wood & Steel, Kedai Bikin and Verticle Sphere. The exhibition will be on from 9 – 12 April 2015 at the Perfect Livin’ Design Hub at the Tun Razak Hall, Putra World Trade Centre.
