Marina Bay Sand’s Waku Ghin is known for its seasonal degustation 10-course menus by acclaimed chef Tetsuya Wakuda. With only four private dining rooms, and breathtaking views of Marina Bay, it can be difficult to secure a table at this hotspot.

However if you head to Waku Ghin’s The Bar, you can enjoy a taste of luxury with delicious gourmet bites available past midnight. Choose from a premium range French Gillardeau Oysters (S$15++ a piece), a grilled Canadian lobster sandwich (S$65++) and even a hearty slab of grilled Wagyu beef with rice (S$70++). Desserts are also available upon request.
