My first alarm goes off. View from my balcony at home. Unfortunately you can’t get a good visual of the Shatin racecourse.
Rocking my new Rumi leggings to work this morning. Thank you Melissa! Made from eco-friendly materials like recycled plastic and bamboo, Rumi has transformed this into vibrant and dymanic prints in a beautiful array of colours.
At our new office in Sheung Wan. A fantastic space and great environment to be in surrounded by so many high calibre individuals in various other start up and companies. Did I mention there’s a Wii console in the auditorium?
Popped into the new gym on Wellington street, Top Fit to check it out. Congratulations to Charlie, Kevin and team! Look forward to welcoming you to the GuavaPass community!
Picked up a coconut shake at the MANA! Raw. So yum.
About to get sweaty! Indoor cycling is now one of my favourite workouts and I particularly love the hybrid TorqCore class that Torq Cycle offer as you not only get your cardio fix but also an ab express workout off the bike for the remaining 20 minutes.
Quick lunch at the Kinnet Cafe. To be honest I’ve not tried much of the menu as every time I come here I absolutely crave the roasted organic chicken tartine with crushed advocado and alfalfa sprouts. A GuavaPerks partner, our members are entitled to 10 percent off their breakfast items.
Meeting with friend and co-founder of KRYSTAL, a natural alkaline water sourced from the Chinese-Siberian frontier which helps the body maintain an optimal pH balance. They also manufacture the 28 BLACK energy drinks!
My next meeting was actually just down the road from our office so I stopped by my friend Lois’ new Floaty headquarters. I was obsessed with these unicorns all summer! Check out www.getfloaty.com for more details.
At an event organised by Buzz Concepts, the 165th Anniversary of Lane Crawford. Pictured here with the A-team.
Dinner at Four Seasons. Not the healthiest meal, but it was oh, so good! Hainanese chicken rice.
Catching the last race at the Happy Valley track now that the new season has begun!
Exhausted. Finally time for bed. Zzz…
