Home Eat to Live

A range of organic and healthy plant-based eats are on the meat-free menu at Home Eat to Live, opened by Mana co-founder Christian Mongendre. Choose from a selection of salads, open-faced sandwiches, flatbread wraps and “earth” bowls, all topped off with good-for-you ingredients such as tofu, adzuki beans, lentils, kale, purple rice and quinoa.

Grab ‘n’ go healthy food counter Supafood is all about saving the world “one bite at a time”, from the red-clad mascot to the range of delicious and healthy smoothies, organic salads and rice bowls. We’re big fans of the chicken with broccoli, guacamole and sweet potato mash, topped off with a moreish kale cashew pesto (HK$105).

With a rooftop garden and a chic warehouse space in Wong Chuk Hang, 3/3rds is ideal for grabbing a coffee and a healthy soup-salad combo or thin-crusted pizza. A contender for one of the best new sandwich spots in 2016, Knead churns out freshly made sandwiches and salads in Sheung Wan.
