Adding to its ever-growing roster of fitness-related fun, W Hong Kong is hosting a weekly series of workouts for the whole month of March, featuring a different trainer each week for a poolside workshop set to live DJ tunes. On the 4th, join classically trained dancer and spin instructor Aparna Gambhir for her electrifying, dance-infused class. On the 11th, personal trainer John Chan will be there to buff you up with a mix of calisthenics, strength and conditioning moves — and maybe even a handstand or two. The third Saturday sees yoga and pilates Abhishek Agrawal hosting a flow session by the pool, while in the final week you’ll get to round off your training with an intense pilates and interval training session with Jason Clark. Each session is complemented by FUEL refreshments, canapés and detox drinks, plus you’ll get a fitness swag bag featuring goods from Calvin Klein’s new performance line.
