Those whom have grown up in Hong Kong will remember spending many-a-Friday nights at the Repulse Bay beach. The Repulse Bay Arcade through recently underwent a revitalisation project, with careful restoration of The Verandah in keeping with the 1920's original Repulse Bay Hotel.
To celebrate the re-opening of The Verandah, The Repulse Bay has put together a series of special events. Every Saturday for the month of September from 3pm-5pm, there will be Afternoon Tea Dances at the Bay.
A selection of traditional tea sandwiches and savoury pastries as well as homemade scones, cakes and fruit tartlets, served with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, will be on offer for HK$468 per person.
