I believe all ladies would want to have slim arms for their favorite sleeveless or tube tops. Unfortunately, one common problem ladies face are Butterfly arms, commonly referred to as the lack of muscles on the triceps resulting in loose weighing flab on the underarms.
Pole Dancing is a great sport to get rid of this frustrating problem area. Here’s 5 simple steps to a beginner’s pole spins that all ladies can try to rid of the irritating butterfly arms.
Spinner
Step 1:

Grab the pole at a spot above your head with your right hand and take 4 steps around the pole, starting with the inner foot.
Step 2:

On the fifth step (on the inner feet), lift your left leg up parallel to the ground and point the feet.
Step 3:

Spring up and bring your left arm in and grab the pole with your left hand while hooking your left ankle around the pole. Simultaneously, quickly kick your left leg up, parallel to the ground, bent away from the pole.
Step 4:

Allow yourself to turn clockwise around the pole with the momentum and gracefully swivel down to the floor.
Step 5: Land softly and with a sexy smile.
