When I was proposed the Oxidation Reduction Potential or otherwise known as ORP treatment at Leonard Drake, I was a little uncertain at first. After a brief shower, I was led to the treatment chamber and before I knew it, I felt myself relaxing in the warm cocoon. The temperature regulates between 40 to 43 degrees causing internal sweating. And while this was relieving my muscle and joint ache, the Infra-red Sauna was at work combating the immense amount of stress the body undergoes on a daily basis, dissolving the accumulated toxins and releasing them through sweat.

20 minutes later, I emerged from the cocoon, light as a butterfly. All my stiffness was gone and I felt fresh and sprightly. At the same time, the time spent in the sauna had relaxed me sufficiently to take on the day with a renewed vigour.
