First Rolls-Royce Two-Tone Ghost in Asia Pacific

Rolls-Royce presents the bespoke car commissioned for Singapore
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars proudly presents Ghost Extended Wheelbase, the newest member ofthe Rolls-Royce Motor Cars luxury family.

Rolls-Royce recently presented the first of its kind bespoke two-tone Ghost Extended Wheelbase in Asia-Pacific, in Singapore's Rolls-Royce showroom.

The fine exterior is finished in gunmetal, with a silver upper two-tone and a matching single silver coachline. The interior follows the unique two-tone concept, with Hotspur red leather for the seats and black leather for the centre consoles and arm rests.

The two-tone has been a regular feature on Rolls-Royce since the 1950s and the option on the Ghost is now a new offering from the Goodwood factory, following the popularity of the two-tone Phantom models. Offered under the marque's bespoke options, which is the first tier of personalization, the two-tone scheme will be made available in a normal lead time between commission and delivery.

The bespoke two-tone Ghost Extended Wheelbase is the first of its kind in Asia Pacific.

Bespoke customization has been a hallmark of the Roll-Royce brand since its beginnings and the addition of the two-tone option on the Ghost is one of the most distinct ways of personalization. Other unique bespoke commissions include having the colour of the paintwork matched to a garment or having a wood-set sourced from the customer’s private estate. The possibilities extend beyond the motor car to complement the customer’s lifestyle, with unique appointments from custom designed picnic-sets to exquisitely crafted humidors.

As the more relaxed and contemporary sibling to the more regal Phantom, the Ghost appeals to the more dynamic individual who would more likely prefer driving to being chauffeured. The new two-tone option offered on the Ghost, highlights the contemporary bespoke which is a “combination of traditional craftsmanship, executed in a modern style”, according to Richard Collar, the product manager of the Ghost.

The two-tone represents not only a more unique way to personalize the Ghost but also a tribute to the tradition and heritage of the Rolls-Royce brand.
