Only in New York, as they say. The Exchange Bar & Grill is the latest concept in dining where the prices for food and drink can change any minute.
With a ticker tape menu flashing prices in red lettering, based on demand of course, prices rise and fall in 25c increments and plateau at around $2 at either direction.
A pint can cost you as much as US$8 or as little as US$4 depending on how many people are ordering.
We wonder how soon this concept will get old but for tourists, it's nonetheless a must-stop for a bit of extra gimmicky fun.
The restaurant plans to open on April 1st, 2010. For more information, check out their
website.
