There’s no stopping Samsung to be on top of their game this 2012. Following the much anticipated launch of the Samsung Galaxy SIII, Note II and countless other exciting offerings from the brand, the latest collaboration with Google — Nexus 10, is set to bring the world’s highest resolution tablet display to the market.
We’re not just looking at some ultra-fine display, but this power-pack device marries Samsung’s best-in-class hardware with the latest version of Android — the 4.2 Jelly Bean. The Nexus 10 measures in at a thin 8.9 millimetres and weighs just 603 grams, and packs an all new multi-user support, immersive HD content and the best Google apps that caters to, well, everyone.
For a surprisingly lean and soft-to-the-touch frame, the Nexus 10 packs quite a number of powerful components within the 10-inch display.
With the built-in MIMO WiFi, the Nexus 10 allows for web browsing speeds up to four times faster than normal WiFi. There’s also a 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera for video chats at any point in time (where you have WiFi of course).
The multi-user support allows for everyone in the family to use; just turn on the tablet and tap your photo for a quick sign-in to your own home screen, apps, email, photos and storage. While not in use, select the Daydream mode to display useful information of even your photo album when it’s charging.
Pricing and availability of the Nexus 10 will be announced at a later date.
