Rom-com fans, you’re about to fall (and stream) in love again.

We might be at home right now practicing self-isolation for the next two weeks (or so) due to a global pandemic, but for what it’s worth, we don’t have to “social distance” from our favourite streaming platforms. At times like these, our emotions may be through the roof between the pockets of immense boredom to the struggles of working from home. What we really need is to switch off from Coronavirus O’clock for a bit (at home, self-isolating) and treat ourselves with some cheesy Netflix and chill time.

Netflix is a goldmine of romantic comedies, from the classic lovey-dovey ones to the heart-wrenching ones; there is so much to wrap our heads around. Here, we’ve rounded up some of the best romantic comedies movies that truly strike a chord. Get your popcorn ready and kick back under that soft, velvety blanket.
