Step into the world where you’ll find the link between reality and imagination. Karina Retuert, a contemporary Chilean artist, brings her first solo exhibition to Bangkok. Her exhibition, PUENTE, is inspired by landscapes, so think about the beauty of atmospheres and sensations. In this exhibition, witness a range of paintings and mixed media artworks, and interpret your own meaning.
Taking you back in time, ASPIRATION is a collection of art by Thongchai Srisukprasert from the beginning of his career until now. Witness some art in a retrospective style to the time when the artist started with a realistic approach to his Buddhist art. He then explored the abstract realm that soon became part of this identity. His artwork today includes painting, sculpture, and the Buddha image.
Have you ever thought about how you can communicate in so many different ways? This exhibition explores the interrelationship of people, animals, things, and nature, that influences the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of artists.
In the world of art, we are all passengers, taking the back seat while keeping our minds open to welcome young, contemporary artists with open arms. As we continue to embrace the concept of “change,” this exhibition helps shed a light on the technique of drawing. The exhibition will feature the unique practices of 25 young Thai artists who are about to set some new trends.
Have you ever thought about how materials weave and flow in and out of our lives? Giving us some insights, this group exhibition by Thai artist Thanathorn Suppakijjumnong, Uttaporn Nimmalaikaew, Weerapong Sansomporn, and Japanese artist three, may answer all these questions. This exhibition is a collaboration between SAC Gallery Bangkok and the Rosewood Bangkok hotel. Come by and get enlightened.
It’s okay to feel anxious. It’s okay to feel what you are feeling — just don’t lose hope. Meanwhile, if you’re seeking some inspiration (or some cheering up), head over to this mini-exhibition entitled “Hope you get well soon” at the Josh Hotel in Ari. All is well.
Every word here counts and every brushstroke paints a word. This exhibition explores the space where artists and writers meet. Casagrande’s 17 prints will be exhibited at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club Thailand, where the artist will describe his journey that began from designing a cover for a novel to stepping into Bangkok’s ever-changing climate.
