Asava’s 10th anniversary short film and exhibition launch

With 2018 marking the 10th anniversary of Asava, creative designer Moo Polpat Asavaprapha recently unveiled a short film as well as hosting a special exhibition last Thursday at Dusit Thani Hotel, where a sophisticated crowd of celebrities and actresses — including Nok Sinjai Plengpanich, Aff Taksaorn Tejanarong, Thanaerng Kanyawee Songmuang, Jayler Kritsanapoom Pibulsonggram, Cherry Khemupsorn Sirisukha, Namtarn Chalita Suansane, Maria Poonlertlarp, Suquan Bulakool, Aokbab Chutimon Chungcharoensukying, Ploy Horwang, Kimberley Anne Tiamsiri, Mew Nittha Jirayungyurn and Nana Rybena — all gathered for a special toast before commemorating the brand’s successful stories through an exclusive film and signature pieces within the exhibition space.

Titled ‘080808 Faithfully Yours’, the film illustrates the Thai fashion house’s extraordinary journey over the past decade, directed by Pen Ek Ratanaruang. The historical exhibition showcased the brand’s iconic collection, with 14 creations on display such as tailored suits, cape and trench dresses.
