Gallery: ‘Dining with the Stars’ event

It was raining stars this week at Savelberg restaurant at Oriental Residence Bangkok. Chef Henk Savelberg, one of Thailand’s most respected international chefs and the only chef to have attained four Michelin Stars for four restaurants in his native Netherlands, invited six Michelin-starred chefs of Les Patrons Cuisiniers to show off their talents at his signature restaurant in Thailand. Les Patrons Cuisiniers is a highly exclusive Dutch organisation comprising only 23 top chef-owners, who have proved themselves with culinary creativity, consistent quality and professional skills.

Under the concept “Dining with the Stars”, one 3-star chef, two 2-star chefs and three 1-star chefs, holding 10 Michelin Stars between them, created their signature dishes and amuses for the occasion, accompanied by wine pairings of complementing vintages.
