MGC-Asia Auto Fest 2018, one of Bangkok’s most anticipated automobile events, featured a myriad of world-renowned luxury car models on display. In this 4th edition of the show, Rolls-Royce teamed up with celebrated Thai designer Vatanika Patamasingh for the first time, showcasing an exclusive car exhibition and runway show that blended the elegance of car and fashion designs seamlessly. The spectacular event was attended by a number of VIP guests including Cavaliere Enzo, Theresa Peroni, Sittiban & Patteera Boonsai, Sampatha & Panida Limchimchol, Leila Soontornvinate, Possawat Thomas, Chayada Chanchiao and Pitak Spatam.
Titled ‘Strive for Perfection’, the show unveiled some of Rolls-Royce’s iconic car models including the Dawn, Ghost SWB Standard Wheel Base, and the Ghost EWB Extended Wheel Base. This was followed by a fabulous fashion show of Pre-Fall 2018 designs, where Vatanika’s models appeared in stunning dresses inspired by Rolls-Royce cars, featuring deep colours like oxblood red and midnight black, as well as delicate fabrics such as plush velvet and luminous satin. Taking place at Siam Paragon, the two brands presented their luxurious creations, reflecting identical concepts of the luxury lifestyle. Click ahead to see scenes from the motor event.
