100 Mahaseth x Cocotte

When: 11-12 September

Foodies, Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery is the hottest spot to gorge on Indochinese food this month. Joining hands with 100 Mahaseth, the dining pop up from two of the big cheeses in Bangkok’s restaurant scene will showcase an a la carte menu focusing on progressive Indochina cuisine, composing of Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Laotian in the most vibrant ways. Pamper yourself with the Dry Aged Beef Tongue (THB 490), Pig’s Heart Delicacy (THB 340), and Sai Oua “Hot Dog” (THB 490).

Flour Shoppe Pop-Up at Smalls

When: 12 September

What always rivals a nice, fine-dining meal is a cold one at the bar along with an array of comfort food. Other than being known for its theatrical setting which exudes both an artsy and relaxing vibe with an award-winning selection of drinks, Smalls is also famed for its umami-packed pho nights. Yet for one night only this month, the Suan Plu neighbouhood bar is putting the Vietnamese noodles on pause to partner up with American diner-inspired restaurant Flour Shoppe. Serving up some of the most drool-inducing comfort food like Meatball Hoggie (THB 250), English Muffin Burger (THB 240), Chili Mac (THB 250), and Ice Cream Sandwich (THB 120), consider it an absolute ode to real comfort food.

A Caviar Affair

Price: THB 4,000++ per person for food only and THB 6,800++ per person with wine pairing.

What kind of affair would be worth having if not this caviar-studded one? Hosted by Nimitr over at 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok, ‘A Caviar Affair’ offers up a five-course menu spiked with different types of roe delicacies sourced from Italy, France, Iran, China, and Thailand. Get ready to tuck into dishes like the Poached Banana Prawn with Crème Fraiche showered in Oscietre Sturgia Cavia and Sturgeon Fillet with Royal Project Caviar Buerre Blanc. Shaking up their fifth culinary gala “Eat Drink Pink” as part of a fundraiser to support underprivileged breast cancer patients, The Peninsula Bangkok is back this year with the opportunity for foodies to dine for a good cause.
