Superfood aficionados who love all things speckled and studded with quinoa, this superfood menu from the collaboration between PROMPERÚ, Above Eleven’s Chef Omar Frankuy, and Tortilla Quemada’s Chef-Owner Colin Stevens is for you. From now until 18 December at Above Eleven, bask in the wholesome glory of innovative Peruvian delights like Red Quinoa Causa, Quinoa Tamal, Roasted Farm Chicken Leg Pachamanca, Quinua Con Leche ,and more. Diners can pick between the Superfood Tasting Menu (THB 1,000++) or directly from the Superfood a la carte menu. By all means, follow your bliss, and enjoy the sunset, too.

Special Anniversary Menus at Restaurant Stage

To commemorate their first anniversary, Stage Restaurant has curated special mouth-walloping menus, showcasing all of their most popular dishes since their opening. Opt for the ‘STAGE Experience’ 8-course tasting menu at THB 3,900++ if you wish to fully immerse in the full Stage magic. The Stage Menu 4.5 with a 4-course tasting menu (THB 1,900++) and a 6-course Tasting Menu (THB 2,900++) is also available from November onwards.

For December, the venue is also hosting an even more delicious surprise like the Restaurant Stage x Chef Olivier Limousin dining pop-up on 3-4 December 2020. It will be a four-hand dinner where Chef Olivier — former Head Chef of the legendary L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Bangkok, and now a founder of luxe and exclusive private dining and culinary consultant company “L’Executif Chef” — will cook alongside Stage’s Head Chef Jay Sangsingkeaw, also a former tenure of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Bangkok. The 10-course menu (THB 10,000++ per person, inclusive of wine pairing) is sure to be wow-worthy, so grab your seat quick for the two-night-only event.

From 28-29 November from 10 am-8 pm, eat local and buy local from Local Goodness at theCOMMONS Thonglor. Following the success of their first event, the second edition is back and packed with even more goodies produced by local artisans. Although the event is not entirely all about food, it sure offers a boatload of tasty grub and beverages from, for example, Caffe Olives, Pradi Chocolate, Sea’s Kombucha, and more, along with assorted handicrafts and fun-filled activities and workshops for you to take part in.
