Apart from their stellar Sunday Brunch, Punjab Grill Bangkok has now come up with new tasting menus (veg and non-veg) curated by Chef Bharath S.Bhat. The Vegetarian Tasting Menu (THB 990++ per person) features six classic-gone-inventive Indian dishes (think Donut Samosa Chaat and crêpes suzette-like malpua) packed with so strong a punch you won’t even think that any meat is missing. Dine for a good cause at Haoma. On 28 October, Chef Deepanker “DK” Khosla will join hands with Chef Phanuphon “Black” Bulsuwan to host the Blackitch Artisan Kitchen x Haoma #NOONEHUNGRY Charity Dinner featuring a Thai and Indian-inspired menu. The goal is to raise funds for Haoma’s charity campaign which aims to provide free meals to workers and families affected by the virus outbreak. Every dinner ticket sold for this event means 20 free meals to those who are in need.

World Gourmet Festival 21
Following the success of over 20 previous World Gourmet festivals, the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is back bigger and bolder, despite the pandemic. The 21st edition will be showcasing Thailand’s culinary gems through a lineup of decorated Thailand-based chefs such as Chef Gaggan Anand, Chef Andy Ricker, Chef Vichit Mukura, Chef Amerigo Sesti, and more, along with the hotel’s own talented chefs. Hungry for a “TastED” talk all about food and environment? Bo.lan’s newest project entitled “Bo.lan Educational Program” is a platform to educate and showcase the perhaps-forgotten connection between food and environment, explaining the production, history, and flavour profiles of food, one item at a time. As for the first edition, Bo.lan kicks it off with a fish sauce workshop where Chef Duangporn (Bo) Songvisava will walk you through a Fish Sauce 101 class. She will be explaining how the fermented sauce came about, detail its production, cooking tips, and even offer a blind tasting of fish sauce sourced from different regions of Thailand.
