Exciting news for fashionistas and coffeeshop-hoppers alike: the iconic Café Kitsuné is coming to Bangkok.

The vibey fashion-meets-music coffeeshop has announced that it will be opening its first branch in Thailand at Bangkok’s Emquartier at the end of this year, inviting the city’s most stylish for a hot cuppa cool stuff.

After all, Café Kitsuné has quite a bit of a cult following. The French electronic record label Maison Kitsuné initially became known for its fashion and music, blending Parisian flair with Japanese urban street style. These days, the brand has stores and coffeeshops all around the globe from New York to Shanghai, with a legacy of over 18 years and counting.

Whilst formerly only Maison Kitsuné clothing items were available in Bangkok, we’re excited to welcome the coffeeshop spin-off too. Not many details have been revealed just yet, but if the other branches are anything to go by, there’s definitely going to be a lit playlist in store, as well as the signature fox biscuits. Why? ‘Kitsuné’ translates to ‘fox’ from Japanese.

The more you know. See you at the cafe.
