ICONSIAM brings a spark to a memorable evening by the riverside this NYE

You know the vibe. Temperatures are low, festive vibes are high, and the air buzzes with that enticing promise of exciting things to come. As everyone scours the city for the best outdoor spots — after all, this rare spell of good weather is to be enjoyed, not avoided — top on our list of must-visit places is, hands-down, ICONSIAM.

Head up to ICONSIAM’s 6th floor, and you’ll find yourself greeted by front-row views of Bangkok’s stunning skyline vista. Over at the TasanaNakorn terrace, ICONSIAM has established a sky-view restaurant zone, where some of Asia’s very best semi-outdoor restaurants and bars are sprawled across 2,000 square metres of space, offering cozy, relaxing atmosphere perfect for the Bangkok-dwelling foodie.

Not only do you get to see the riverside in all it’s glory, but when the Chao Phraya river’s largest fireworks extravaganza launches as part of the Amazing Thailand 2020 Countdown, this is where you’ll get the very, very best views. With quite an array of options to choose from, it can be tough to decide which spots deserve your reservations, which is why’ve done the tough part for you. From beer-on-tap, to Japanese fine-dining, these are the top reasons to drop by ICONSIAM this easy-breezy season.

Hobs: for the hard-core draught beer fan, or those simply looking to have a good time.

Head to Hobs if you’re up for having a bit of fun. With two special seasonal sets, and a laid-back atmosphere, you can be sure of an evening filled with good food, great drinks, and even better vibes. If you’re looking to curb your food cravings, opt for The Celebration set. A full-course meal to be shared by two, expect delectable appetisers, main dishes, sweet treats, and of course, Stella beer cocktails topped with a Hobs growler. If you’ve decided — as we often do — to skip straight to drinks, definitely pick the Hob’s Party Set. Think: free-flow draught beer and bar-bites all night long. What’s not to love? Don’t even worry about having too much fun — the set comes with a special “Grab Drive Your Car” service to ensure you return home safe and sound.
