Imagine the easy, cosy comfort get from your regular fast food pizza haunts, but maximise on quality and taste. That’s Mama Pasta.

The casual eateries tucked away in three different parts of the city – Krungthep Kreeta Road, Gump Ari, and The PARQ – churn out Italian dishes both classic and Mediterranean-meets-Asia-inspired, delivering utmost comfort without breaking the bank. The food here is enjoyable as takeout or for dining in, so if an Italian night is included as part of this week’s plan already, why not consider their house-made pasta and pizza?

Recently, we got a chance to check out Mama Pasta and tried some of the best new dishes the venue has to offer. Here’s a list of must-tries you need to order.

Italian Cold Cuts & Cheese (THB 379)

To whet your appetite, tuck into this platter packed up with assorted cold cuts, cheese, pickled cucumber, and garlic bread. It’s a stellar starter to kick off the meal with.

Parma Burrata Pizza (THB 399)

Parma ham and tomato sauce really are the elements that bring brightness to this pie, but the key ingredient that brings it over the top really is the lusciously smooth burrata. The rocket on the other hand also adds pepperiness and crispiness, yielding a delicious contrast to the whole pie.

Rustic Burrata Salad (THB 249)

A little bit of a healthy bite with a naughty addition never hurts. So if a salad is what you’re after, then this bowl loaded with salad greens sprinkled with a rain of cheese and topped with burrata should be your next move.

Mushroom Creamy Truffle (THB 199)

Coated with rich truffle cream sauce, the rigatoni oozes out funky yet flavoursome tastes.

Seafood Kee Mao (THB 219)

For a kick of spice, this dish is essential. Seafood Kee Mao boasts a toothsome heat enriched with a meaty mixture of seafood like prawn, scallops, and squid.

4 Cheese Pizza (THB 279)

Not into meaty business? No fret. This cheese-laden pie comprising of stracciatella, gorgonzola, fontal, and mozzarella is dripping with cheesiness and the ooey-gooey effect that will keep you going until the very last bite.
