A die-hard meat eater? Carne will be your haven. The Muti-cuisine steakhouse, propelled by local ingredients and all cuts of meat churns out a great selection of meat-focused dishes curated by Head Chef Mateo Roberson. And although his Pan de Cassava (THB 150) and Pork Tomahawk (THB 590) have held us spellbound, this time around their new festive menu is having all our attention. Tuck into the Royal Oysters Mezcal with Gooseberry Mignonette, Smoked Rainbow Trout Chipotle slathered generously with tare glaze and Octopus Ceviche with Clam and Snow Lotus. The Latin American takes on the food here totally give a whole new look to the steakhouse and make it one of the cool must-try spot for your new-you New Year.
