Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) is upon us. Keeping their graceful tradition, Peninsula Bangkok is still going strong with their fourth Eat Drink Pink this year. With the goal of supporting the battle against breast cancer, the riverside hotel is shaking up a special culinary gala on October 1 as part of a fundraiser supported by The Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer.
Following the success of Eat Drink Pink in 2017 which raised more than THB 1M, all proceeds from this Eat Drink Pink 2018 will again go towards the Pink Park Village, the Queen Sirikit Centre’s non-profit cancer care for underprivileged women with breast cancer situated in Min Buri District which is scheduled to partially open this October.
Featuring a lineup of celebrated restaurants, for example, L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Bo.lan, Bunker, Lenzi, LeDu, Baan, Il Fumo, Issaya Siamese Club, Sensi, Sri Trat, Haoma, Freebird, Brasserie Cordonnier, La Casa Nostra, Blue Elephant, Canvas, and Acqua Restaurant, the event will showcase stellar dishes created especially for the pink-basted occasion — think pink chicken liver magnum by Haoma and Blue Elephant’s pink sago with cantaloupe.
Those who are looking to benefit or support the breast health program within our Thai community, do so by joining the event as this would mean raising money — and also fancily dining out – for a good cause.
Hosted at The Peninsula Bangkok, the tickets are priced at THB 3,000 per person. For further information and reservations, please call +662 020 2888 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
