When it comes to Thai noodles, guay tiew rua or boat noodles top our ‘Most Favourite’ list due to its distinctive dark broth, which is so sweet and flavoursome from a long-simmering of pork bones and a variety of herbs and spices. Though it’s seen as comfort street food, Thong Smith really takes it to a new height with additions of premium cuts imported from Australia like wagyu ribeye, shank, and tendon. The venue also stays true to the tradition by serving every boat noodle with its signature elements like pork rinds, meatballs, cinnamon, basil, and morning glory.

Easy Burger is a burger guru. Serving up succulent smash burgers in slightly different toppings, diners can go super bacon-y with the Bacon Blue Burger (THB 149), Cheesy Burger (THB 135) with extra cheese, or the Spicy Burger (THB 145). But for those who like to live on the edge, opt for the signature The Shapeshifter (THB 259) which comes double on the dry-aged beef patties, smoked bacon, and triple cheese.

Situated within the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, the omakase Japanese haunt is always packed with a boatload of scrumptious surprises – with the latest one being the uni tasting, featuring five types of sea urchins.
