The set menu of four (THB 1,850++), six (THB 2,600++) and eight courses (THB 3,200++) features all iconic dishes from the past ten years. For example, there’s the Yellow Curry with Crab Meat and Corn, Maine Lobster Salad with Frozen Red Curry, Foie Gras with Ginger and Plum Wine, and Wagyu Beef in Homemade Oyster Sauce. An option of wine pairing is also available if your mum fancies some bubbles and vino.
For a meal seasoned heavily with quality and deliciousness, Ocken offers up a five-course set menu (THB 1,800++), featuring Tempura Prawn, your choice of Aged Duck Lasagna or Seabass served with snail butter, Avocado Coconut Yuzu Sorbet for dessert, and more – all accompanied by a complimentary cocktail or mocktail as well as live jazz music. The outlet is throwing a table-served brunch special for Mother’s Day where diners can take delight in an international repertoire of dishes inspired by a diversity of cuisines. However, it wouldn’t be the Okura Prestige without a vast array of Japanese-inspired delights to cater to foodies who love good sushi, sashimi, and Japanese-style desserts. For adults, it is priced at 1,500++ per person and THB 750++ for kids.
If you’re a big fan of the sausage roll at Mocha & Muffins like us, then a pastry session at the Anantara Siam Bangkok’s stellar café will sure be a treat. During the Mother’s Day week, diners will also get to gorge on their special desserts curated just for the occasion. If your mom is more of an afternoon tea person, then the Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea set (THB 850++) at The Lobby would sure do the trick. Both of the stated promotions will be available from 7-16 August 2020.
As for 12 August 2020, diners can also feast on the Mother’s Day Buffet Lunch (THB 1,200++) at Biscotti and Madison which will feature a selection of appetisers, mum’s choice of main course, and dessert. Mum will also get to dine for free if accompanied by other three paying customers.
