Let’s get real: we are all trying to get fit and sweat it out these days. That’s why it’s time to consider the newly-launched Jetts Black.
Fitness is no joke, and having the right technique and method is essential to making sure you are getting fit in the right way. The Australia-based gym chain Jetts Fitness recently launched its newest sibling in the family — Jetts Black. For the first time, get to welcome this fitness club in the heart of Bangkok at The PARQ and Gaysorn Village. And, hear us, dear fitness junkies, it looks very promising.
How is Jetts Black different from Jetts?
It’s more premium and personalised. The latest branch of Jetts Black at The PARQ spanning over 1,600 SQM is a dedicated space for best-in-class premium equipment, specialised trainers, functional training areas, interesting workout classes, and a playground to suffice all the needs of a gym-goer. From top-notch facilities and finest equipment to result-driven training, Jetts Black promises fitness junkies a high-intensity experience. The gym is painted in a dramatic black tone with fine modern interior design, keeping it sleek and contemporary. Just to put it out there, some of the equipment here is exclusive to Jetts Black and you wouldn’t be able to train with it at Jetts Fitness — and that’s definitely a perk.
We also saw the two Jetts Black brand ambassadors — Taya Rogers and Mika Chunuonsee— who live and breathe fitness, sharing their experiences and workout routines on the day of the launch.
The tagline “Exceed Your Limits” explains the purpose of this specialised brand that targets motivated and goal-oriented health enthusiasts who really want to take their fitness to a whole new level by challenging themselves. We had a chance to attend their launch and try out their signature J Series and Body Combat class.
If you are more about getting a whole-body workout for cardio fitness, then the LesMills BODYCOMBAT workout class is the perfect combination of getting those punches and kicks moving. This full-body workout is an ideal one to burn fat and release stress while reaching your fitness goals.
Meanwhile, if you are considering a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, then the J Series is a dynamic, innovative, and fun workout to explore. This one really pushes your limits to another level to achieve results with a twist. There are also other varieties of classes to check out, such as Bounce and USTIX, but we personally loved the J series.
To re-energise, they have a healthy smoothie section at the Fuel Bar for a nutrient-filled pre-workout drink or a post-workout one to keep that energy flowing. Meanwhile, there are some thoughtful amenities like digital key locks and towels to ensure you are comfortable and secure.
What’s more, if you are planning to run a marathon soon this year or want to kickstart building some lean muscles, the experienced trainers here will not only guide you on the fitness part, but they will also build a personalised programme for you to ensure your nutrition is right.
The two branches are conveniently spread over two ultra-prime city centre locations in Bangkok — the latest premium development of The PARQ and our favourite go-to luxury shopping mall Gaysorn Village. Jetts Black is easily accessible for commuters as it’s located close to both BTS and MRT nearby. Whilst the branch at The PARQ has been launched, we will see the outlet at Gaysorn Village by the end of September this year.
Gymgoers can simply register at Jetts black at The PARQ or their pre-sale booth on the 2nd floor of Gaysorn Village until 30 September for a pre-sale package of 1,900 THB per month with no lock-in contract. The best part? Jett Black members can access all 32 Jetts outlets in Thailand including Jetts Black clubs and Jetts 24 House Fitness in Thailand and around the world. There’s no more excuse to escape from burning those calories.
