Curious about the mason jar salads you’ve been seeing on our feed? Read all about it below.

Our long-awaited Good Life Workshop finally happened! This past Monday June 28th, we hosted our first-ever Good Life Workshop with FWD insurance at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Hotel. Considering the current situation, we decided to do something that will keep everyone healthy: creating mason jar salads.

We invited some friends of Lifestyle Asia and 10 of our readers to celebrate life at home during the lockdown by creating a micro-moment through this virtual workshop.

This event marked many new firsts for us: first workshop, first virtual event, and first event during a lockdown. We definitely pulled it off, because our attendees were happily sharing their salad-making process all throughout the workshop.

What’s more? Everyone’s salad is different because the recipe is customised to their blood type. So take a look at the different types of salads from Praew Suwanpanuchoke, Tul Uawithya, Cake Kaewbuasai, and more. Want the full scoop? Head over to our Instagram account or view snippets of the event in all its glory in our Instagram Highlights.

Besides our dear friends who participated in our first online workshop, we would like to thank our sponsor FWD insurance for making all of this happen. Additionally, we also thank hosts Chef Gam of Gram Cafe, and nutritionist May Savita Sresthaporn (MSHAPPYDIET) for sharing their knowledge about the blood type diet and creating mason jar salads.

And of course, we can’t forget our wonderful MC Patty Ananyapat for guiding everyone smoothly throughout the entire workshop.

Last but not least, thanks to our readers who joined our first Good Life Workshop and made it a huge success.
