Sneakerheads, it’s time to pull up your socks and get in on the long-awaited and highly anticipated Air Dior collaboration.

For the Fall 2020 Men’s show in Miami, Dior and Kim Jones have collaborated with the Jordan Brand to curate a special limited-edition sneaker — the Air Jordan 1 OG Dior.

Whilst there is also a ready-to-wear collection to admire, the Air Jordan 1 OG Dior sneakers have been created in low-top and high-top versions, for a blend of high-end streetwear and luxury fashion, looking into a new style of basketball sneakers for inspiration. The two brand’s rich heritage and icons come together beautifully in the shoe, yet getting your hands on a pair with be a whole new and exclusive experience. You guessed it: it takes place online.

In the coming days, sneakerheads will be invited to register for a guaranteed opportunity to buy one pair of these sneakers and will be able to choose their preferred model — high-top or low-top  — at the pop-in store or pop-up location. You get one chance to select a boutique and register once for your desired style and size. The Air Jordan 1 OG Dior sneakers will be available to purchase exclusively in selected Dior pop-ups and pop-in stores but only if you’ve registered on the digital microsite. So remember, registering is a priority if you’re seeking out a pair.

Each participating boutique will be having a limited number of sneakers and selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis to the lucky individuals who registered before the inventory is exhausted. Afterward, Dior will be inviting qualified participants to visit the Dior boutique to purchase the selected sneakers. Simply wait for them to contact you via SMS or email with the verification of eligibility and a unique QR code with your name will be issued. Keep in mind that a matching government-issued ID will be required during the purchase.

The Air Dior capsule collection will also be available at Dior pop-in stores from July onwards, along with two pop-up stores inside the Selfridges Corner Shop (London) and Taikoo Li (Chengdu). The best part about visiting the Dior pop-in stores? You can experience the art of crafting shoes and witness the excellence of savoir-faire in Dior’s ateliers. The high-tech interactive lights will illuminate the Air Dior logo boasting the latest edition.
