After the launch of its flattering blush ‘Colour Veil‘, Illamasqua has recently released a brand-new lipstick set (THB 990) for Autumn/Winter 2018. Featuring tawny undertones and mauve hues, this collection is inspired by autumn leaf colours. My most favourite, Equinox, is a rosy pink shade that has a subtle brown tint to it, making it easy to wear with my everyday makeup look. With its soft matte finish and lightweight texture, the lipstick also glides on smoothly on the lips, which is comfortable to wear without any sort of creasing and cracking. —Chanya Ormtavesub, Staff Writer
Here’s a pair of shoes (THB 10,000) that are making me feel like a room without a roof this week. Pharrell Williams has long been a propagator of super cool style in the last years, so it comes as no surprise that the latest collab between the Happy artist and Adidas is just as bright and bold. The soon-to-launch tribal-patterned shoes feature quirky colour combinations inspired by East Africa, and all come with a multicoloured ankle collar, rope laces, and a full-length BOOST midsole. Available in stores from 18 August, I know these will definitely become the vibrant star of all my upcoming workouts this month. — Lisa Gries, Staff Writer
Best known for its avant-garde designs, Comme des Garçons (THB 10,900) may not be the first brand anyone would think of when it comes to choosing a wallet that fits with our daily routine — but surprisingly, this newly-launched Brick Wallet quite makes the cut. Timeless and functional, the navy-blue wallet boasts a quilted texture that is resistant to scratches, made from high-quality Spanish leather. It also comes with card slots and zip-over designs, helping us keep our belongings in place and safely zipped up. —CO
While the Luggage Tote and Belt Bag are the most famous designs from Céline, the lesser-known Frame Bag (THB 89,000) has been spotted elbowing its way to women’s shoulders lately, especially on Thai fashionistas. The two-toned bag first caught my attention when I saw Ploychompu Umpujh pairing it with a nude dress and white sneakers, adding an instant pop to her look. With its thick shoulder strap and rectangular shape, I find this bag super casual and comfortable on the shoulders despite long hours of carrying. Unlike other Céline bags, the Frame Bag is definitely more convenient and compact, but still spacious enough for a phone, long wallet, and a few personal essentials. —CO
Forget a diamond-encrusted engagement ring. I have fallen head over heels for Audemars Piguet’s latest ladies’ Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon (approx. THB 6,556,960), featuring an 18-carat white gold case, and 459 brilliant-cut diamonds. A captivating marriage between Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie, the timepiece is the first Royal Oak Concept model for women since its introduction in 2002, and with its satin-finished bridges and seemingly floating dazzling dynamic complication, it’s a showstopper in every sense of the word. After dreamily gazing into its flying tourbillon and glittery open-worked barrel, I think I’m going to make it official: the bar for all future diamond gifts I wish to receive has been set. Stunning. —LG
