Muse on the Move plum ribbon stilettos
I recently discovered the local Thai fashion brand Muse on the Move, started by the gorgeous fashionista and socialite Ploypayap Srikarnchana who runs quite a few of her own fashion labels that I’m currently exploring. When I saw these stunning ribbon stilettos, I just about died and went to heaven, and for the price of only THB 2,600, I ordered one in every colour (Black, Plum and Bronze). They really are as gorgeous in real life and there’s no way people won’t notice you when you’re strutting down the street in these bad boys, with the ribbon being wrapped around the ankles for a gifting slash ballerina effect. When wearing them, it’s almost like you walk into the room bearing gifts, i.e two gifts wrapped around your feet! Shop for them online right now at Muse on the Move!
Clé de Peau Beauté Wonderland Eye Color Quad
Sometimes a good old-fashioned eye palette just won’t do. I was totally enamoured the other day when I saw the Alice in Wonderland-inspired collection at at Clé de Peau Beauté’s new flagship store at Emquartier. Not only is the animation video for the collection insanely weird and wonderful, but every single one of the products are just too cute for real life – in a good way. This particular Eye Color Quad (THB 2,800) caught my eye, inspired by characters from Lewis Caroll’s epic story, namely the Playing Cards, loyal servants and guards for The Queen of Hearts. This cute set includes four cool-toned eyeshadows in shimmery pastels and matte charcoal, perfect especially if you’re attending a tea party with a certain Mad Hatter. More of these please Clé de Peau Beauté! If I were you, I’d get to Emquartier real quick as the collection, sadly, disappears into this air at the end of January.
Fresh Lotus Face Cream
Fresh is the skincare brand that has been fresh on my mind ever since I start using the Fresh Black Tea Kombucha essence, a fantastic toner that has done wonders for evening my skin tone. That’s why I’m a huge fan of anything that Fresh introduces, as I know for sure that the brand uses as many natural ingredients as possible that are effective and do what they say they’ll do. This Lotus Youth Preserve Dream Face Cream (THB 2,250) is no exception. The lightweight antioxidant night cream is fantastic food for my skin, working to minimize all signs of aging and allowing me to wake up everday looking rested, refreshed and all round glowing. Skin recovers most at night time, and as the cream is enriched with peach leaf extract and antioxidant super lotus, I know my face is making the most out of its beauty sleep by getting all the food it deserves. Vatanika Ruffle Stretch Crepe And Grosgrain Pencil Skirt
I was already in love with Vatanika‘s latest Resort 2019 collection, but when I saw Nicole Scherzinger rocking this stunning ruffled black pencil skirt (THB 12,500) during The Masked Singer, I knew Vatanika had outdone herself once more. After all, a plain black pencil skirt isn’t anything special, but with a bit of ruffle at the waist, a lot more daringness, dare we say, drama, is added to the overall look. And isn’t that what Vatanika is all about… drama?! The best thing about this skirt? The ruffles hide the tummy while the fabric and shape of the skirt accentuates the derrier, making it an overall win-win type of situation. Shop for it online right now!
Shein Coffee Cup Design Brooch Set 11pcs
This week was an extremely good week, and one of the reasons for that during one of my scrolling through the Instagram vortex moments, I discovered Shein, the B2C fast fashion e-commerce platform, had recently launched in Thailand. This effectively means that my online window shopping time has just been catapulted onto the next level. Okay, there are some affordable and awesome finds on there when it comes to fashion and shoes, but the coffee-lover in me just had to get my hands on these coffee-inspired brooches (THB 290), just to show everyone how much I love coffee, in case they don’t already know. Pinned on a denim jacket or on your handbag or laptop bag, these little cups of joy will brighten up any look. And with, ahem, National Irish Coffee Day coming up on 25 January – were you aware? – there’s no better way to honour one of the best drinks on earth! Also, with 11 of them, there’s no reason why you can’t share them with your fellow coffee drinking friends.
