Welcome to LSA Walks: a quick, teasing whiz around some of the coolest neighbourhoods and places in Bangkok.
On this monthly tour, we take along a chosen brand-of-the-moment and let their style and concept do the talking, as we uncover some of the best-hidden gems in the area.
As the end of the year marks the beginning of another, we thought a museum tour could be a welcome change from more typical hangouts like visiting a café. This month, we head to the Museum of Contemporary Art with Onitsuka Tiger to check out some cool art exhibitions. Housing artworks from both Thai and overseas artists, you’ll find an eclectic mix of traditional Thai fabric work, neoclassical European paintings, and contemporary new media formats.
A hotspot for art lovers, the museum is becoming increasingly popular with the mainstream crowd for its Instagram-friendliness. If you’re looking for a spot for your new photo op, MOCA should be next on your radar.
In keeping with the upcoming year of the tiger, we enlisted Chin Chinawut Indracusin and Jazzy Kirana Chewter, decked out in tiger prints from Onitsuka’s upcoming Spring/Summer 2022 collection, to fashionably lead us through the MOCA’s highlight exhibitions.
This video is presented by Onitsuka Tiger.
