The prettiest avenue on Earth is about to welcome a new pop-up store from Dior. Just the time for the French maison to finish up the renovation of its Avenue Montaigne flagship…

While the current Dior shop on Avenue Montaigne is closed for a significant interior upgrade, the brand announced the imminent arrival, not too far from there, of a new pop-up store. The temporary boutique will serve as a 890 square metres interim flagship for the duration of the building works. It will be the second opening from Dior in just a few months, on the famous Parisian avenue. Last winter, Maison Christian Dior had indeed announced the opening of a fragrance boutique, on the same boulevard.

That means that until 2020 — when the one on Avenue Montaigne is set to reopen — the transitory boutique will be the main address for Dior fans, in the capital. Slated to arrive on 127, avenue des Champs Elysées, the store will be neighboring Cartier, located at around the same level. On Instagram last week, the brand has also shared a few visuals showcasing the progress inside the iconic building from 34 Avenue Montaigne…
