“Classic Blue,” or more precisely “PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue,” will be the ‘Color of the Year’ in 2020, according to colour specialist Pantone. Some of the major fashion houses have already demonstrated their visionary abilities by presenting creations in this timeless and elegant blue as early as last February in the 2019 fall-winter runway shows. The trend was also evident in September in presentations for the 2020 spring-summer collections. Here is a selection of “Classic Blue”-dominated looks that have been seen on the catwalks this year.
