Sephora Hong Kong is back: The beauty giant makes its triumphant return to Hong Kong on 3 September with the grand opening of its new flagship store at IFC Mall. Vying for the spot of the ultimate beauty one-stop-shop in town, the new Sephora Hong Kong boasts the most extensive brand portfolio in the market.
Celebrating the occasion with the Hong Kong community, Sephora is offering complimentary Star Ferry rides between Tsim Sha Tsui and Central on the opening day. In addition, the first 300 customers to visit the store will be gifted a goodie bag with some of Sephora’s bestsellers and must-haves.
We’re most thrilled to check out the new brands gracing Hong Kong for the first time — there’s reportedly 40 new and exclusive names on offer, with plenty of cult beauty favourites such as Drunk Elephant, renowned for its non-toxic formulas and whimsical chic packaging; Sunday Riley, with its prized lactic acid ‘Good Genes’ treatment; K-beauty phenomenon Saturday Skin; as well as Supergoop!, which has garnered rave reviews for its sun protection range.
As for makeup addicts, there’s plenty to get excited about: We can’t wait for Hong Kong’s first physical beauty counter of Huda Beauty, the cult beauty brand renowned for its high pigment eyeshadow and lip products; It Cosmetics, known for their life-changing CC creams developed with plastic surgeons; as well as Tarte — loved globally for its signature stay-all-day foundations and concealers. And of course, we can’t forget about Sephora’s own brand, touting an expansive range of makeup, skincare, and professional brushes and specialty tools.
For now, here’s the list of key brands slated to be available at Sephora Hong Kong’s new digs, with Sephora-exclusive brands highlighted in boldface:
