As we continue to gear up towards Hong Kong’s biggest month in art in March, 2018’s getting off to a swell start with plenty of new groundbreaking exhibitions. The New Artistree features an intimate look at legendary surrealist René Magritte’s life and work; the Asia Society will play host to a survey of human communication featuring American artist Robert Indiana; sound artist Samson Young’s 2017 Venice Biennale exhibit is having its homecoming at the M+ Pavilion; and we’re set to see an unprecedented collection of public art along the iconic harbourfront launching this month. Without further ado, here are our 10 must-see exhibitions in Hong Kong this February.
