Led by creative director Victoire de Castellane, Dior Joaillerie recently unveiled the new creations of Rose Céleste, inspiring a new chapter in the iconic Rose des Vents collection. In designing the new pieces filled with celestial symbolism, Castellane used Christian Dior’s personality as the ultimate inspiration: drawing specifically from the famed designer’s interest in astrology and reliances on signs of destiny to guide his illustrious career. (He frequently carried good luck charms on him and always heeded the advice of his clairvoyant, Madame Delahaye).
The three new pieces of the collection were pre-launched in a Dior pop-up store in Times Square, now running through 14 November 2018. To celebrate the grand opening, Dior held an extravagant in-store cocktail event last night where celebrities and well-known socialites, including Gigi Leung, Hanna Chan, Janet Ma and daughter Irisa Wong, Anna Ueyama and daughter Hilary Fan, Elly Lam, Alison Chan and Victoria Tang, were invited to toast champagne while viewing the brilliant new jewellery pieces.
