Many might recognise Montblanc for its iconic Meisterstück fountain pens, but the German brand has long expanded its expertise, and now offers everything from watches to leather goods and accessories all catering to the needs of the globetrotting businessman.
Celebrating this jet-setting spirit as well as the 30th anniversaries of both the world’s very first Montblanc boutique and Pacific Place, the brand has just opened a travel-themed pop-up boutique at the luxury mall, encouraging visitors to #Reconnect2TheWorld through travel.

To create a space that evokes the lifestyle of the urban traveller, the brand invited German street art artist Marc Jung to create an eye-catching central art piece for the store. The result? A colourful spray-painted wall installation made using the brand’s #MY4810 trolleys, shedding a light upon the urban roots of the Montblanc lover.
Marking the launch of this special pop-up, Montblanc hosted a VIP launch party last night, where the city’s elites were invited to enjoy a night of champagne and canapés, as they browsed through the series of travel-themed products including backpacks, weekender bags, suitcases and more. To create an exclusive, interactive experience, the brand set up a personalisation station, where guests, with the help of a calligrapher, were able to decorate a card with spray paint using Montblanc-themed stencils.

The pop-up store will remain at the Garden Court of Pacific Place through 3 September. Scroll down to see photos from the occasion.
