Thank God It’s Tuesday at Landmark

Part of Landmark’s new culinary mantra ‘EATO’ (as in, ‘Eat Together’), the Hongkong Land collective is vying to put a stop to dry work weeks with a slew of exciting dining experiences across its Central properties. Starting from 16 June to 4 August, you might want to free up your Tuesday evenings for the new ‘Thank God It’s Tuesday!’ campaign, which serves up HK$69 drinks from 6–9pm. They’re not your average house pours, either. Head to PDT Hong Kong for a taste of its special ‘Fleur D’Amour’ cocktail; tip back a refreshing Young Master IPA at MO Bar; savour a discerning sip at Somm, with many other tipples to be drunk across 14 participating restaurants. Aside from wallet-friendly beverages at some of the best bars in town, you’ll also whet your appetite for special bar bites that follow along regularly revolving themes, from gourmet wings to ‘gram-worthy egg shots and more, with new promotions updating every two months.

Lunch Bentos from Ronin

Stuck in the office over lunch? We feel your pain. There are admittedly tons of options out there when it comes to gourmet takeaways and deliveries, but one new offering freshly available on Deliveroo may just perk up your midday meal: Fresh off of sister establishment Yardbird recently opening for lunch, Ronin is now making bentos that will definitely satisfy all your cravings. There are four options available, featuring the izakaya’s beloved dishes such as the grilled unagi chirashi, Kagoshima Wagyu sukiyaki-don, a sushi set, and a mentaiko udon, all paired with futomaki rolls, greens — pickled, salad and cooked — as well as a miso soup. Healthy, satisfying and certainly a bit of a treat, perhaps you’ll also want to give in and order a bottle of Hitachino Nest (if not Sunday’s Junmai) to crack open when 5pm rolls around.
