Tuck into a traditional Christmas feast
At the group’s flagship restaurant Wooloomooloo Prime, enjoy bird’s-eye views overlooking Tsim Sha Tsui and the harbour beyond from atop The ONE shopping mall, while you relax in the elegant and sophisticated steakhouse. Christmas dinner from 24–25 December is priced at HK$988 per person and includes a plethora of starters, mains and desserts, including smoked trout and crab meat cannelloni topped with caviar, followed by a quail ballotine paired with foie gras, lentils and truffle jus. The lobster bisque is one of the best in town, followed by your choice of three mains: traditional Christmas turkey with sautéed brussels sprouts and pancetta; pan-seared wild turbot with scallop ravioli and potato and warm artichoke salad; or grilled Australian 200-day grain-fed sirloin, served with confit of shallots and garlic, mushrooms, creamed parsley and Shiraz jus. If fine dining is not your forte, The Chop House — Woolomooloo Group’s casual grill house — is an excellent option for enjoying equally mouthwatering fare without the fuss of fancy steakhouses. Situated inside Mira Place in Tsim Sha Tsui, The Chop House has long been a favourite for its generously portioned grilled meat and seafood platters, and gut-busting gastropub-style sides and appetisers.
