Designed by the restaurant’s new award-winning mixologist, Benjamin Boyce, this rendition of the classic milk punch features a Gallic touch with brioche-infused rum, almond milk, vanilla, Rooibos tea cordial, allspice and walnuts for a toasty, comforting winter cocktail. Terrible Baby’s Mezcal Toddy

The iconic hot toddy might be a go-to tipple for your uncle or grandma, but this comforting winter staple gets a spirited twist at Eaton HK’s Terrible Baby. For the Mexcal Toddy (HK$98), Mexico-native head bartender Edgar Santillan pairs Los Javis Espadín mezcal and Rebel Yell bourbon infused with beetroot and hibiscus for some gorgeous colour. A splash of lemon, cloves and cinnamon keeps it in line with the classic drink.

Artisan Lounge’s Guerlain Cocktails

Joining hands with French cosmetic house Guerlain, K11 Musea’s Artisan Lounge has created four cocktails inspired by its L’Art & la Matière fragrance collection. Our eyes are on the Nutty Tonka cocktail (HK$138), inspired by the maison’s woody, sweet and sultry Tonka Imperiale scent. Pairing white brandy with tonka bean liqueur, the result is a smooth concoction with the flavour profile of grapes and almonds. Any order of the new fragrance cocktails gets you a special gift to redeem at K11 Musea’s Guerlain flagship (available on a first-come, first-served basis).
