Admiralty’s Pacific Place has undergone something of a culinary transformation in recent months with a host of new restaurant openings and popular dining pop-ups — the latest being the Valentine’s Day-themed garden pop-up with prestigious Champagne house Veuve Clicquot. Under the theme, “Say it with Clicquot”, Garden Court at Pacific Place will be transformed from 10–26 February into a beautiful flower park inspired by a Parisian garden setting.
The drink of choice? Rosé, loved for its red fruit palate; crisp, refreshing taste; and of course, its lovely pink hue which falls in fittingly with the Valentine’s Day season. Veuve Clicquot delivers a bright and intense blend, predominantly featuring the Pinot Noir grape, finished with a touch of Chardonnay and the fruity aroma and round body of Pinot Meunier. The Champagne is blended with Veuve Clicquot’s House reserve red to obtain the brilliant pink-red colour.
Veuve Clicquot presents its Rosé limited editions with two customised bottles at the “Say it with Clicquot” pop-up: the “SCREAM YOUR LOVE” Champagne box doubles as a pink megaphone (HK$528 per 75cl bottle), while “CLICQ’CALL” allows you to send a personalised message to the recipient along with the bottle of bubbles (HK$550 per 75cl bottle). There’s also a photo booth on-hand where you can pose with props for fun photos. You can even write romantic notes on Veuve Clicquot postcards which you can place in the dedicated mailbox to be delivered to your special someone.
As an additional perk, shoppers who purchase a bottle of Veuve Clicquot at the pop-up store can redeem a complimentary glass of Champagne when they order a glass at one of the participating F&B outlets (Bizou, Commissary, Oolaa Petite, Operetta) at Pacific Place.
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Veuve Clicquot’s pop-up comes just in time to treat your special someone to a pink-themed gift that any drink lover can enjoy.
