Hong Kong’s first-ever Naam Yoga retreat arrives in October

In a fast-paced city like Hong Kong, it’s always important to maintain your physical and mental wellness. Fortunately, for the very first time in Hong Kong, from 3–19 October 2016, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental will be hosting a series of exclusive classes, one-on-one private therapy sections and a weekend retreat package, all led by renowned Naam Yoga and Harmonym Healing pioneer Anastasia Williams.

Equipped with 20 years of extensive knowledge and practice in Naam Yoga and meditation as well as Harmonyum Healing, Anastasia will offer guidance on yogic asana (movement), mudra (hand postures), breathing, rhythm, stretching, acupressure and vocal vibration, which will be infused with Universal Kabbalah to provide an intelligent impact on the nervous system, brain and heart. Suitable for all ages and abilities, these sessions are meant to reduce anxiety and depression, and slow down the ageing process.

Private classes are available for 60 minutes (HK$1,580) or 90 minutes (HK$1,995) and include ‘Shakti Naam Yoga & Meditation’ which helps to revitalise physical, mental and emotional health, and the ‘Harmonyum Treatments’ which work to restore harmony throughout the cellular body, nervous system, brain and heart while purifying the subconscious mind. The ‘Group Shakti Naam Yoga & Meditation Masterclass Series’ (HK$380), on the other hand, aims to strengthen one’s magnetic field to boost longevity, increase mental clarity and integrate emotional and creative energies.

Urban Retreat packages, priced from HK$7,895 to HK$22,800 (with an additional 10% service charge), are also available for those who wishes to stay zen over an entire weekend. The packages include accommodation, an in-room bath experience, breakfast, set lunches, daily smoothies and high-speed Internet.

Pre-reservations are required for a minimum of 10 students and maximum of 16 students per class. For reservations, details and terms & conditions, contact The Oriental Spa via lmhkg-spa@mohg.com or +852 2132 0011.
