2019 has certainly been a great year for Jennifer Lopez: In addition to her engagement to Alex Rodriguez, a show-stopping appearance on the Versace runway, an epic 50th birthday celebration, and her recent buzz-worthy role in Hustlers, the award-winning actress and singer, producer and entertainer has just been announced as the new global face of Coach. She joins the brand’s star-studded list of ambassadors including Selena Gomez and Michael B. Jordan.

A true New Yorker and a firm believer in possibilities and self-expression, J.Lo has built an incredible career and redefined industry standards along the way — a journey that the New York-based fashion label, with its 78-year-old legacy of leather craftsmanship, quality and authentic New York style, can identify with.

“Jennifer is so authentic,” said Stuart Vevers, creative director at Coach. “She’s determined and she’s an original who has followed her own path to do things her own way — she really embodies the attitude of Coach and our new campaign.”

The enthusiasm was shared by Lopez, who expressed her excitement for the partnership: “I’m so excited for this collaboration with Coach. It is a timeless brand that I’ve always been a fan of and the upcoming collection really speaks to my personal style — an uptown downtown mix.”
