Best dressed in Hong Kong: March 2020 (stay at home edition)

There’s no doubt that Hong Kong is one very stylish city — on any given day, just look out on the street and you’ll find more dapper gentlemen and perfectly put-together fashionistas than you can count. To honour the Hongkongers who dress to the nines for the many social functions that fill our diaries every month, we select the most stylish ladies and gents in town for our best dressed list.

March has, unfortunately, seen a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic unfold in Hong Kong, caused for the most part by the many residents travelling back to their hometown. As social distancing continues to be the top priority on everyone’s agenda (as it should be), many of our most frequent style stars have been maintaining a low profile at home. We’ve taken the time to track down some of them for you to provide some much-needed style inspo, as, frankly, there’s nothing more stylish right now than to stay home.

Scroll down to find out who made our Best Dressed list for March.

Model Louise Wong has been spending her time at home in a comfortable but very cool-looking t-shirt from a new label by South Korean style star Irene Kim. Apart from the delightful neon green colour, the tee also says ‘You good?’ in the front, and ‘I’m good’ at the back, sending good vibes during these trying times.

Just like many global celebrities from the Biebers to Kaia Gerber, Elva Ni enjoys her time at home with her family, who are all decked out in comfortable matching sweats in different hues.

Who says you can’t glam up whilst at home? Utah Lee has been testing out new make up styles in a shimmering jumpsuit with velvet trims, topped off with chunky jewels for a statement look.

Sometimes you just don’t feel like getting out of your PJs, and that’s okay. Style consultant Veronica Li seems to have felt the same, wearing a silky smooth pajama set whilst working from home.

Lipstick lovers are probably finding it rather difficult to show off new styles when everything is covered with face masks, but there’s no reason you can’t have a little lipstick party at home. Faye Tsui here is doing just that, and made sure to pair the new shades with a dress in a similar hue to make it pop.
