Following a pop-up store in Central Building earlier this year, the professed ‘Gentlemen’s Haven’ Attire House has just opened up a two-storey flagship store at Asia Pacific Centre on Wyndham Street.

It’s not just any tailor shop: Attire House is a bona fide man palace, comprising a menswear outfitter, barbershop and cocktail bar.

On the sartorial side, customers of Attire House will be able to meet with some of the best tailors in the world for bespoke commissions, or shop in-house from a prestigious list of brands, from Savile Row tailor Anderson & Sheppard to Alden shoes. If a clean shave is what you’re after, the barbershop — a collaboration with famed Seoul establishment HERR — will be providing a full menu of its services, from haircuts to wet shaves.

If that hasn’t gotten all you gents out there tingling already, perhaps you’ll agree that a star feature of Attire House is Bar De Luxe, created in partnership with Tokyo’s legendary Bar High Five (third on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2016), which just concluded a two-month residency at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Bar De Luxe will be serving exquisite Italian coffees by day, and as expected of owner and mixologist Ueno Hidetsugu, a show-stopping drinks programme by night — served by Ueno-san’s protégé, Yuriko Naganuma.

From getting your morning coffee and a clean shave, to finding a perfectly fitted suit, to celebrating your purchases with a drink as you take in the skyline — Attire House is set to be the next hot destination spot for stylish gents in Hong Kong.
