As editors at Lifestyle Asia, we’re privileged to get a first look at the most exciting new luxury goods daily, but with so many new releases rolling out all the time, it’s all but impossible to cover every single lust-worthy find we have our eyes on. Prada’s bow-embellished cotton-poplin shirt

Weekly Obsessions

A crisp white shirt is, of course, one of the top essentials in any well-functioning wardrobe. However it’s also so basic that it wouldn’t hurt to add a little twist to the staple. I’m especially in love with this one by Prada (HK$4,744) that comes in a relaxed fit with an oversized bow on both sleeves. It’s minimal, elegant and effortless — with a simple added detail that makes all the difference. —Cindie Chan, Style Editor

Harry Winston’s Winston Gates jewels

Weekly ObsessionsRosettes have long been a prevalent ornamental motif in many cultures, representing a multitude of meanings and attributes for centuries. At Harry Winston, it’s a symbol of optimism, opportunity, prospect and good fortune, and you’ll find it adorning the front gates of all Harry Winston boutiques, including the gilded iron gate of the jeweller’s very first store at 718 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. Celebrating such history, the jeweller has launched a Winston Gates jewellery collection of earrings, pendants, rings and bracelets modelled on the symbolic 10-petaled floral motif, each with a refined yet contemporary design that’s sure to add a touch of radiance and luminescence to any look. —CC

Rouge Louboutin Velvet Matte Lip Colour

Weekly Obsessions

Christian Louboutin’s timeless shade of red has been a staple in shoe closets as well as vanity tables ever since the brand’s red lipstick launched in 2015. Recently, Christian Louboutin Beauty has expanded its Velvet Matte lipstick (HK$800 each) with a repertoire of five new shades — each a nuanced interpretation of the classic rouge. It’s an ultra-matte finish, has fantastic pigment and colour retention (even through eating and drinking), and looks gorgeously sleek in its matte black case. I’m particularly crushing on vermillion tones for the lips right now, so my go-to is the Triluna, while the new magenta and plummy hues work well for those with cool undertones in their complexion. Pair it with a knife-sharp cat-eye liner and watch heads turn as you walk down the street. —Evelyn Lok, Associate Editor

Malone Soulier ‘Imogen’ flats

Weekly Obsessions

Looking for summer shoes that will take you straight from the city to the beach? Other than popular choices such as slip-ons, espadrilles and sandals, these ‘Imogen’ flats by Malone Souliers (HK$3,760) come highly recommend. Why? Because not only are they made from lightweight raffia for a vacation vibe, they’re also trimmed with tonal leather and feature a very stylish pointed toe and t-bar design for effortless sophistication while giving the illusion of longer legs. —CC
