Good news, Royal Oak fans: legendary Swiss Haute Horlogerie brand Audemars Piguet has debuted Asia’s first AP House right here in Hong Kong, atop the newly opened H Queen’s tower on Queen’s Road Central. Designed to feel like a home away from home for the watchmaker’s loyal clients, this private apartment boasts a contemporary design that aims to give guests a relaxing environment in which to enjoy ‘simple pleasures’ and deepen their relationship with the ever-popular watch brand. Or, as AP puts it: “What more can we do to elevate your experience with Audemars Piguet?”

To conceive the new AP House concept, the watchmaker imagined how its founders, Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet, would entertain their clients if there were living and working in the 21st century. The result is a welcoming space with all the comforts of home, one designed to evoke a feeling of warmth and friendship. Visitors are invited to relax, reflect, and connect or disconnect while enjoying the hospitality of the AP House team. The lounge will also play host to exclusive events focusing on AP’s creations, its savoir-faire and its place in today’s watchmaking world.

According to CEO François-Henry Bennahmias, in the new space, loyal clients will be able to “invite friends for lunch, organise a business meeting…there’s no obligation to buy a watch. You can take a seat, relax and chill out, if that’s how the mood takes you.”

We’re excited about this new chapter for Audemars Piguet, which has been in the watchmaking business since 1875, and we look forward to spending a good amount of time in this swanky new space. Be sure to check it out for yourself soon, but in the meantime, click ahead to see the first images of this handsomely designed apartment.

AP House is open Monday to Saturday, 10am–8pm, and Sunday/public holidays, 10am–6pm.
