Back in October 2017, we teased you with information that the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur would be opening this year. Good news: We’ve just gotten a sneak peek of how the interior of this luxury hotel is going to look like.
Situated next to the Petronas Twin Towers, this 65-storey building will be home to 209 guest rooms and suites, six restaurants and lounges, a spa and wellness centre, and a luxury retail outpost. If you’re not keen on just staying over at the Four Seasons as a temporary guest, you’ll be glad to know that this skyscraper will also have 242 private residences and 27 serviced apartments.
While you’re deciding if you’re going to be a hotel guest or a private resident, we’ll distract you with an epicurean journey through the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Executive chef Junious Dickerson takes the lead from the six restaurants and lounges. This includes Yun House, a Chinese restaurant focusing on Cantonese cuisine; Curate, the all-day buffet restaurant; Pool Bar & Grill, a poolside dining area serving Middle Eastern cuisine; The Lounge at Four Seasons, where guests can enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea; Bar Trigona, a cocktail bar serving customisable creative cocktails made with local and sustainable ingredients; and finally, Decadent by Four Seasons, the local patisserie shop that stocks fine pastries, baked goods, desserts, gelato, and bespoke chocolate pralines.
However, gastronomical indulgences are not the only decadence you can get at the Four Seasons. Book a slot at The Spa at Four Seasons to get your fill of luxurious pampering. The spa is an expansive one that features eight treatment rooms, which also includes two couples’ rooms. A peek into the spa menu shows that the treatments are inspired by ancient wellness practices from Southeast Asia. Inside the Fitness Centre is a gym that has the latest weight training and physical fitness equipment, all whilst overlooking the KL skyline.
The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is slated to open in mid-2018. We suggest you keep your calendars open. For now, click through for a sneak preview of the hotel’s interior.
