As we round into the last weeks of Earth Month, why not let loose for a bit of fun and fashion with the annual OnTheList ‘Swap Party’? Your ‘Donation’ pile is your calling card…

Those of us who refresh feverishly week after week for new-in stock will be excited to learn about OnTheList’s initiatives beyond discounted luxury goods. Rather than their usual cadre of marked-down merchandise from brands’ overstocked buy-ins, inventory at the OnTheList ‘Swap Party’ — slated for 23 – 24 April from 12 – 8pm — is, instead, supplied by the customers as an entry token of sorts.

Entry into the ‘Swap Party’ is neither exclusionary nor exorbitant. Simply contribute a few pieces of gently-used clothing or accessories and a HK$50 fee (to be donated to non-profit ImpactHK) for access to other like-minded, eco-conscious individuals’ pre-worn stash. Any items left behind post-‘Swap Party’ will be donated to The Salvation Army.

Alongside the ‘Swap Party’ at the Duddell Street venue is OnTheList’s ‘Sustainable Carnival’, where brands like KIBO, Tove & Libra and OnTheList’s own Phenix by OnTheList — all sharing in the values of sustainability and eco-conscious consumption — will be showcased.

The OnTheList ‘Swap Party’ takes place from 23 – 24 April, 12 – 8pm.
